You didn't notice any stupid moments?

How about the fact that the girl calls the main character for help, instead of, oh, say, 911?
How about the fact that they all go after this bitch? This is especially ridiculous when you consider that one of them just lost their brother, and the other just lost their fiancee.
How about the fact that Hud never stops filming, even when he's being attacked in a subway full of vicious monsters, or climbing across a fucking skyscraper?
How about the fact that they pull a steel pole out of a woman after it's gone through her torso and five minutes later she's running and jumping like nothing ever happened?

How about every single thing every single character does throughout this entire film.....?

Cloverfield was a pretty entertaining movie. I enjoyed it, but I still think it's dumber than all Hell.

I didn't like the shaky cam... that isn't the reason I hate it.

I hate Cloverfield because of the PISS POOR characters that I was WISHING were dead within the first 5mins of actual "action"... which by the way was after the first 20-30mins or so of being BORED out of my mind waiting FOR THE action.

Sorry, if you cut the entire 'party scene' out of the movie, and re-write the logical problems that Chig mentions, THEN you would have a great movie. Right now you have an "Entertaining" movie, but nothing special. What I would like to see is all this "LOVE" of Cloverfield stop. Because going on about how great it is as a movie shows your inability to actually analyze a movie and just falling for the hype surrounding a movie.

I hated it when they gave away the ending during the very beginning of the movie.
and when the helicopter pilot flies around the monster.

I didn't go to the movies this year as much as I should had. So I can't say disaster movie or The Love Guru. But the worse movie I saw was easily The Happening... that movie sucked the life out of me.

The Dark Knight, it was just a series of helicopter shots and talk about not being subtle You don't need the point of your movie explained 4 times by four different characters.
