Which actor/actress do you think has a lot of potential, yet is in shitty movie after shitty movie?

An example would be Brendan Fraser, who generally is in a lot of bad movies, but who I think has the potential to act well in a good movie. Hopefully, that should get the ball rolling.

Just to clarify, I fucking hated "Van Wilder 2" and "Epic Movie", just in case anyone got the wrong idea.
Did you see "Adaptation"? That was a brilliant movie.
Yeah, I'd say the first National Treasure was a matinée, but the second was only a rental. I haven't seen Adaptation though, I'll look it up. He was great in Kick-ass and Bad Lieutenant seemed really strange when i rented it, so I'm not really sure if I liked that movie or not, I'll watch it again sometime. Wasn't that keen on The Sorcerers Apprentice, just a matinée for me at the most. But Lord of War is good, worth watching.
Has anyone seen Matchstick Men?Nic dilivered another great performance in that movie.
I saw "Adaptation" during 2010. It came out in 2002 (I picked it as the best film of that year), and not only did it help prove to me that Nicholas Cage is a good actor, but, seeing it for the first time in 2010, which I thought was a weak year for cinema, it actually reminded me why I love film and why I want to be involved with film for the rest of my life.
I found both National Treasure movis to be extremely boring.
Kick-Ass??? Seriously?
dude, did you WATCH Kick-Ass? He was great in that.

Nic Cage has starred in better films tbh.......

Well yeah, but Kick-Ass is the best one he's done in recent years.

It really isn't though.....

Steve Carell, Missi Pyle, Hilary Duff, Ashton Kutcher, Ben Affleck, and Jennifer Aniston spring to mind.
