What recent games do you think will be considered classics
Simple question: what games that came out in the past 5 years do you think will be considered classics?
for me i think some of the classics will be BioShock for having such a great story, and for changing up the first person shooter games
another i think will be little big planet, because this is one of the greatest platformers that has come out in a long time, although i think that super mario galaxy 2 is a better platformer, but the fact that the mario games are all ready classics. but little big planet intorduced brought a great platformer to the ps3 which introduced many people to those types of games and because of all of the love for the game i think it will also be a classic.

I do agree that LBP will be considered classic though, as well as the Uncharted games. Although I don't like the game, Portal is definitely going to be considered a classic too.

I like the Portals and I can see them being considered a classic; just on its sheer creativity with the gameplay mechanics alone. The writing on the other hand, maybe not so much. It was witty up until the 30 minute mark before it got tiresome hearing the same joke over and over again, in either games.
Portal: "You're trying to kill me. I'm trying to kill you."
Portal 2: "You killed me. You tried to kill me twice."
I. Get. It.

Yep, I think people are far too in love with the game to realize the story is nothing special, or at least it seemed that way to me. Gameplay is what the game is all about.

Sometimes for fun I will just put on my CAKE IS A LIE medium small tee and go for a walk around town in order to put a smile on my fellow citizen's face.
Which reminds me of another cool t-shirt I own.
