Had no idea what I was watching until it was too late. Throughout the film, sex is viewed as an addiction and obsession between the 2 main characters. After killing her man during the final sexual act, she cuts off his genitals and walks around town with them in her bag until her arrest. Here's the punchline: IT'S A TRUE STORY.
