Yeah, it seems like movies are being released on DVD sooner and sooner. I'm waiting for the month after the theatrical release.

I wasn’t all that thrilled with this movie, and I’m not a Zach Snyder fan. However, since this is a movie based on a comic I like, I’m going to get it for my collection. Hopefully, though, they release the film in a set with the other two recently released DVDs: “Watchmen - Tales of the Black Freighter & Under the Hood” and “Watchmen: The Complete Motion Comic”. I didn’t buy these two, but if all three were released in one set it would be nice to have them in an organized collection.

It's the Blu-Ray version automatically the Director's Cut? That's whats listed on Amazon, anyways...

Its only the directors cut in the us
in the uk you only get the theriatical cut

Dammit! I'm going to wait till they release the ultimate edition that has The Black Freighter edited in. Won't come out till November...I think. Hopefully one of my friends will buy the director's cut.
