Underrated Batman Villains
Hey everyone, I figured since we all know that the upcoming Dark Knight Rises movie will be the last Batman movie in that continuity I'd like to know which Batman villain would you want to see in a future film. I'm mainly focusing on people who haven't been in a live action movie before but you can say whoever you want. Here are my thoughts:

On the Pic above, The dude with like the knights armor. I want him in a movie because if i remember right he's the reverse of batman of his parents are criminals and the cops gunned him down. Id like to see him in a movie to have that foil of "Were aren't so different Batman".

The guy's name is Prometheus...hope I spelled that right...and he's a major villain. Beat up the Justice League twice and cut off Arsenal's arm...and then died when Green Arrow put a shaft into his brain.

I kinda would like to see a Nolan version of the Clock King. Once a VERY silly villain, the Dini version in TAS actually made the character kinda interesting. A serious version obsessed with time, pacing and the stream of events COULD be something Nolan could work with.

yup...no crazy look or attitude...just a balding man in a suit with an odd pair of glasses, a erfect sense of timing and the mind to plan FAR in advance. done right, I feel that the Dini version could have become a major villain on the scale of Luthor if done right.
Picture a villain able to plan in detail crimes and events reaching DECADES, and implimenting them in a fashion that even Batman could not predict and yet feel he should have seen coming. all from a very normal and unasuming man...with a grudge and infinite patience.
If you REALLY want him to be dangerous, let him find a Lazerus Pit...
