Twilight vs. Harry Potter: Which series is hotter?

Harry Potter by far as this series draws me in and makes me feel like I'm a part of it. The imagination that went into making this series is phenomenal! I find thet Twilight is good in its own way, however it does not hold a candle to Harry Potter.

I hate 'Twilight' and 'Harry Potter' is awesome but if you want something more adult that also has vampires, witches, and shapeshifters then you should watch 'Night Watch' and it's sequel 'Day Watch'. Two awesome Russian films from the director of 'Wanted'.

I will be and always will be a Harry Potter fan. I might watch the Twilight movie but I will never pick up the book because I think its tweeny bop romance novel that got a lot of uneccesary hype. HP has more substance in both books and films than Twilight does.

Harry Potter

I only saw the movie of Twilight, and it is was just plain boring. I won't even bother going into detail about its other problems.

The question is which is hotter, right? Not which is better?

In that case I think I'd have to say Twilight by default simply because it's a love story. As amateur as the story seems (I've only seen part of the film and not read the books), Twilight is about sexual tension, whereas Harry Potter is about good versus evil.

The characters' sexual identities in HP is treated as an afterthought, distracting them from the main conflict. Sometimes it gives them strength, others it makes them vulnerable.

Twilight, on the other hand, is a teen harlequin novel. It uses vampirism as a metaphor for sexual obsession, which to at least one hilariously suggestive scene ("You need to suck the vampire poison out of Bella!"). The only reason anyone has even heard of Twilight is because it's hot.

Which is better? Harry Potter, hands down. Asking which is hotter is like asking if Lord Of The Rings is hotter than Brokeback Mountain. Brokeback might not do much for me, but its situations can at least be hot to others. I find it weird to imagine someone getting off on LOTR. (Fanfiction and pausing on Arwen or Galadriel doesn't count.)
