Those are pretty good, especially Ego!

I'll add
Lord Voldemort (Harry Potter series)
Colonel Quaritch (Avatar)
Oogie Boogie (Nightmare Before Christmas)
Judge Turpin (Sweeney Todd)
Oogie Boogie was from the 90's. XP
Oh yeah.. d'oh!
Yeah, and the reason why I like Anton Ego is because his first review of Gusteau's restaurant damaged his reputation, and eventually drove him to his death. I don't know about you, but I believe that someone's a true villain when they can kill somebody with just their words. XD
Oops, never mind. I thought you said 'except Ego.' XD
Perfect list,nothing to add here.
Sweet. =)
Syndrome from The Incredibles
Commodus from Gladiator
Bill from Kill Bill: Vol. 1-2
Alonzo Harris from Training Day
Bill the Butcher from Gangs of New York
Anton Chigurh from No Country for Old Men
The Joker from The Dark Knight
Roark Junior from Sin City
Tai Lung from Kung Fu Panda
Two-Face from The Dark Knight
I would replace Sheriff Cooley with:

Photobucket
Yeah, I was split between Bill the Butcher & Daniel Plainview. I prefer Plainview cause he a more realistic villain. Bill the Butcher was a monster-of-a-villain, but I like how Plainview wasn't a too-far-fetched villain.
Plus, to me, Sheriff Cooley was a cool interpretation of the Devil. The part that won me over was when the gang told him that they were pardoned by the Governor on the radio, and then he says, "Is that right? Well we ain't got a radio." A huge chill when down everyone's spine when he said that. lol
badass
