Shaun of the Dead, and Hot Fuzz are amazing, and how about Planet Terror? I loved it. And I guess that string of Will Ferrell, Ben Stiller, Seth Rogan, Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn movies are kind of spoofs. Old School is a spoof of frat movies, for example. It's mostly shit but there are some gems in there.

I didnt feel hot fuzz or shaun were parodys more or less comedic version of these others films, they had their own story and didnt attempt to lift it from others
