I'll only list my answers for video games since that's what I know the best:

Best New Game: Dead Island: In a year full of Sequels, very few new I.P.'s could stand out and catch out attention. Mixing Borderlands, Fallout, and Left 4 Dead. Not to mention the tear jerking trailer.

Best Sequel:Gears of War 3: Having played the entire series and enjoyed it, this one finally closed the series. The game mechanics have been refined and perfected. The Multiplayer has been balanced, as well as improved Co-Op modes. This was the Gears game that shouldn't be ignored.

Best Cut Scenes: Batman: Arkham City: How can you NOT pick this. with Batman TAS voice cast, and epic storyline. Any fan of LEOG must get this game.

Best Ending: Assassin's Creed: Revelations: This one is of personal taste. At this point, they know they had to end the story of Ezio, and the did it in a way that also completed Altair's jouney. Watching that ending was a fitting end, and left Desmond's story set for Assassin's Creed 3.

Also Leon, I recommend next time you do this that you change the "best cutscenes" category to "best visuals/graphics". Because some of the categories you put in the videogame section seem more appropriate for TV and movies. I think something like "best 360/PS3/Wii/PC title" would work, or perhaps something more genre involved. Like "best FPS" or "best RPG".

However despite some of my incredibly annoying nitpicks, this is very solid and you did a great job in putting this together ;)

I am only going to do the Video Game part because I feel its the only media I have seen enough of to give a valid opinion.

Best New Game:L.A Noire and let me just say it is just because almost evry game game was a sequel this year

Best Sequel: Skyrim, Arkham City comes in a close second (BUT IT DIDNT HAVE MOTHA FUCKING DRAGONS)
