I don't consider Pixar to be Disney. Even though the Disney logo is slapped on all of their movies.

Pixar has complete creative control over the movies they make, Disney only makes sure that the movie is going to sell. Pixar has even slowly taken over Disney, John Lassiter has even become head of the Disney animation studios so nothing gets released without his say-so.

Disney died after Home of the Range and when Suite life of Zack & Cody and the other crappy shows that are taking over Disney as a whole were born. Hopefully Disney will get back to there old roots with the new Princess and the frog.
