Cannonball has some awesome car chases in it, so does CannonBall Run. (The opening kicks ass)
I love the big chase scene in Ronin, but i got to go old school when it comes to my favorite chase of all time....

Now that's what a car chase is all about.
The Junkman, Deadline Auto Theft and Gone in 60 Sceconds:2 all have cool chases in them.

I wish I had video for this, but do you guys remember that scene from "Children of Men" when Clive Owen is running away with the pregnat girl? And they're stealing a car and the frigging car wouldn't start? It has to be the most exciting low speed car chase ever.
