Hey guys. Thi is just a post for you to add your thoughts on the film once you have seen it.

At the age of 26 I feel my life has peaked, that's how good The Avengers was for me.

I know! So good we saw it twice.

Every time Hulk was on screen, our audience clapped and cheered!

Whedon made one of the best superhero movies of all time!

Totally agree. I would say that if fun was your main criteria then this was the best superhero film ever made. I will add that I'm from England where we don't clap or talk during films but I actually felt like it tonight. That's probably a one time thing as I've seen films in the states a couple of times and cringed at the clapping at the screen, whooping and hollering etc. You all get a pass today though :)

I liked it. I was sat in my seat with a shit eating grin on my face for most of the film. I thought the 3D worked well, like they showed the trailer for the new Spiderman film and that looked real choppy but the avengers chugged along nicely. I thought everyone got their time in the sun even Hawkeye and Black Widow in my opinion. Solid performance of Loki and there was actually a point that made me choke up a little I have to say. All around good job.

I have to say though I agree with everyone that this was a very good Hulk but I think that's because it's an ensaumble piece I don't think Hulk's a strong enough character to support his own movie. I did like that you could see the intimidation Banner puts into these super heros along with solid comic relief at times but I think as a singular character the Hulk is much better suited to episodic content like a TV show or comic.

Before tonight I would totally agree that Hulk just isn't a character to carry a solo film and still think that to a certain degree. Hoever I just felt that Rufullo was so good that if they were to make a Hulk film starring him, it would more likely be a success rather than failure.

Also what are the views of you guys on Chris Evans? I absolutely LOVE him as Cap. Just plays the role of leader so well and really has me beleiving in the characters unwavering sense of heroism.

Damnit i swear I had at least 2 nerdgasms during that screening tonight.

Only 2?!? ;-) I had like 50 in the last battle!

In my defence my body was recovering from the orgam I had watching Scarlett Johansson's butt in 3D in THAT outfit when she was talking to Loki. Good times.

Also the hellicarrier. Wow.

I would say he was good. I keep thinking of reasons of why I wasn't so keen on Cap then immediately coming up with reasons why I'm wrong but I thought he was just, sort of.. there. Like vanilla but in a good way, like with dessert.

haha that' a pretty good analogy. Which of the heroes was you favourite, if you have one?

I alo think Tom Hiddleston as Loki did an even better job than he did in Thor. He wasn't just a pest here, he actually seemed like a pretty pissed off bad guy.

One thing the film has me wondering is, will it be a let down now when we go back to solo films? I mean obviously Iron man 3 and Cap 2 have been green lit but I don't know how I'm going to feel now that I've heard cap ask hulk to go SMASH!
