QuickKick posted a photoNow personally for me, I'm not a big fan of the older Spider-Man. I don't hate him, but I just feel that he's lost his charm. It's a contributing factor as to why I like the Ultimate Spider-Man series as opposed to the mainstream one. It's just that there is drama added to the stories that shouldn't be. But I'm getting away from what I'm trying to ask. At what age do you prefer Spidey? Do you like him in his teens or as an adult?

I was rather enjoying adult Spidey for a long time. It's nice to see a character mature and grow slowly over time, rather than just be stuck at a certain point forever. Watching him go from dealing with teenage awkwardness to having a family and the SEVERE problems that causes for a superhero that's kinda poor...gave Spidey gravitas that most heroes lacked.
Going backwards...feels like you're just ripping off old stories because you lack the imagination to make new ones. Move on, kids.
