Supporting characters that deserve their own movie

I know it's kinda randdom but I've always wanted to see like a movie following Police Commisonor Gordon from Batman in like a serial killer style mystery pre-batman (like when Gordon was just a detective) but with some kind of classic villial motive, style, and character, usually associated with Batman.

Gambit, from the upcoming Wolverine movie.

His character's story is SO much better than the other X-men... not to mention he's just the flat-out coolest.

Or maybe just a bolt movie based on his tv show

I don’t know why but I’ve always liked the idea of a Star Trek spin-off that took place during the Eugenics War. I’d love to see it as almost survivalist and post apocalyptic in feel. Near future humans pitted against a genetically superior race of man. There have been tantalizing tidbits if you’re a faithful follower but nothing about Khan Noonien Singh’s rise to power and eventual escape to deep space. I'd also want to see a bit of Colonel Philip Green's background; a man who killed 37 million people must have a story to be told.
