What exactly is he getting away with? Now, first off I will say I don't listen to Rush, nor am I a liberal or conservative. I mainly know of him through the news.
If you don't like him, don't listen to him, simple as that. If he says things that violate the rules of the FCC or ensues violence or riots, then and only then there shouldn't be any issue with him getting throw off the air.
He can say what he wants because he has the right to say it, if you don't agree, that's fine you have the right to disagree.

I don't listen... and he may be spewing ignorant things, but its his right. You can want him to be off the air all you want, but I doubt you or anyone will get him off the air. He's been on for ages, and its unlikely to change. Even if he was no longer around, do you think the opinions he spouts would die? People only listen to him because he reaffirms their already held beliefs.Also, you're not going to achieve any great change on a website. Especially one full of nerds. We are an apathetic breed... unless it effects nerd things.

Chris, that is not entirely true. If you was a Right wing conservative. Kiz would be more than happy to pay for a dinner and movie which in his case is watching a taping of Bill O'Reilly on a 52in HDtv followed by a sweet romantic bashing of Obama by the fireplace while listening to the smooth sounds of Mike Savage.
