Now that Disney bought lucas, and said that the new star wars is going to be out 2015. Is it going to be awesome is it going to suck? what story do you think they will follow? what will be the best actors for the job?

I really hope they don't do an episode 7 but go their own way with the star wars universe. There is a plethora of stories to pull from that well and I think a great new way to start anew would be to do a Knights of the Old Republic movie.

George may still be involved but will no longer have 100% creative control, therefore from my point of view it can't suck as badly as the sequels did. Give me characters with some charisma and a plot that makes sense and I'm sold.
I've heard a rumour that Mark Hamill is to be involved but that's unconfirmed. I don't really care when the movies are set or what they're based on, but please god may they tone down the comedy aimed at infants.

I take it most have heard the recent rumour that Darth Vader will be brought back from the grave, according to a slightly shady sounding 'Disney mole'. I was wondering if, as it seems they're trying to bring back as many older characters as possible, we can assume C3PO and R2D2 will also be coming back but I haven't heard it confirmed yet. Also, would it be possible that they might have any returning characters/story arcs from the prequel trilogy...? Most of the characters died by the end so unlikely, but it would be strange to have a movie with both OT hall of famers such as Han Luke and Leia sharing the screen with, I dunno, the big fat alien who owns the 50s dinner in Attack of the Clones. (not overly familiar with PT characters, sorry)

I think they will be back, I'm just surprised there hasn't been an official announcement yet (to my knowledge) what with all the other rumours and announcements.
