Whats up everybody. I am a new member at Spill and i decided to get involved. This is for people who love horror movies, I'm not talking about 1980's and 70's like Halloween and Chainsaw Massacre. I am talking about like the very first horror movies from the 1920's and 1930's. These types of movies are silent movies and all black and white.
My favorite is Nosferatu, which was a German Impressionism movie.
the only ones i have seen so far from this period are Frankenstein and Bride of Frankenstein... they're both pretty awesome.
now i've got to finish the Frankenstein series on DVD (i've got the Legacy Collection with the 5 movies :P) because they're the only two i have watched so far.
But i also really want to see Nosferatu, The Call of Cthulhu and Dracula.
No, they haven't GM. Good Pick, thanks for sharing. Hard to believe the woman from "Titanic"

I know these were made between the 40's and 60's but these are some Hitchcock films that should be seen. Sure they are thrillers but they really do hold up to today in more ways than you would think.
Suspicion (1941)
Shadow of a Doubt (1943)
Rope (1948)
Dial M for Murder (1954)
Rear Window (1954)
Psycho (1960)
The Birds (1963)
