Shelock homes! the new jack sparrow?!
hey guys i'm new here. names LC, lets see if u can settle a debate for me...
the original pirates of the carbian too most people by suprize. made jack sparrow a house hold name, to the point nearly every student party since then has featured at least at lest one guy with a badly drawn on beard staggering about yelling "why's the rum gone"
i for one (no joke) uset to go out wherein a tri-corn hat dread-lock wig wast coat, and custome made pirate boots. (but i'm an expansionist.) here we are years later and daire i say it disney have cashed in on there unlikly sucsess and not only bleed the particular hource dry but ground it into a fine sortable powder. and as sad as it is jakes beginning to get a bit old and annoying.
However! Shelock homes! no longer dressed in more tweed than my maths teacher! but achally looking bad ass!! personally i've already order a boiler hat, mahogany pipe and have started wearing cravats (getting ahead of the fashion).

and yes i know my spelling atrocious (i'm dyslexic but hell i get free laptops XD)

I agree, the hammer joke in the trailer was pure jack sparrow, though I don't think he will get the same kind of attencion the captain has wasn't known before and was completly orignal, as for sherlock holmes, there are many varitations of him.

hilarious, Pulp Fiction is always a win.
After I was able to decode the post, I thought that it was interesting...I mean, no one can deny that Sparrow was a bad ass but then again, so is Holmes. I think the actor is what makes the part, Depp and Downey picked great roles. I can't wait to see the Holmes movie, I hope they didn't just show the best parts in the commercials.
That being said, I've gotta be honest, dressing like the main characters in a movie is kind of juvenile. I remember that period when I was 5 and all I wanted to wear were Disney princess dresses. Just because I like batman now doesn't mean I don spandex suits and walk around campus in them....

Here's the main thing to keep in mind....
How many brain-dead numb-nut mo-fo's do you hang out with that can't think for themselves and only associates "coolness" with the latest trend?
Because if you answer that you hang out with the majority of these herd-following dipshits, you'll see plenty of things that are nothing but cheap copies of each other. Notice that the ORIGINAL people are the ones that will come out of the blue with something and blow you away with their creativity while the herd-following scum of the world will always do the same thing.
