Besides the Sleep-a-way camp series and the new Texas Chainsaw massacre film, I never have watched a horror film. So what movie should I see within this genre and give reasons WHY please. Otherwise I will not take your vote into consideration.
If you notice a pattern, the horror films I have seen made me laugh. Hard. So whether you find a horror film funny, or scary, let me know!
The one film that comes to mind is one of my all time favs. I am a huge horror movie fan and i cant think of any movie that i would recommend over Sam Raimi's Evil Dead. It was low budget but it is one of the creepiest movies ever.
A group of friends go to a cabin in the woods and unknowingly ressurect demons by accident using a book called the necronomicon and all hell breaks loose it is great movie. Plus check out anything by Lucio Fulci or Dario Argento. Lucios movies are very graphic and gory. Dario's movies are just beautiful and when he kills someone he kills them good. Plus check out peter jacksons 1st three films. Bad taste- alien come to earth that act like zombies to turn people into hamburger meat. Meet the feebles- Its like Jim Henson went crazy and made a movie its full of puppets sex and gore. Dead alive is supposedly the goriest movie of all time. While i beg to differ it is still fucking awesome. Its about a ratmonkey that is infected and bites a woman at a zoo and shit gets even crazier from there. The woman eats a whole german shephard and a zombie priest humps a zombie nurse and has a zombie baby. How could a man go wrong with that
John Carpenter's Vampires which is a cool western type horror movie that won't disappoint you its about a vampire slayer and his team of hunters trying to prevent a old century cross that can make vampires endure sunlight from falling into the hands of powerful vampire
2nd smartest move from Guy Ritchie
First of, I hope you had a great Christmas and a happy new year, and secondly, your ain't doing justice to yourself unless you watch Sherlock Holmes.
