Solaris (Tarkovsky, 1972)

One of the most creative and strange science-fiction movies I've ever scene -- I don't know if I should rate it a 9 or 10/10.

The series was ok, but I can certainly see why it was cancelled mainly because Threshold and Invasion came on at the same time and all three were pretty much about the same thing. That and too many annoying/uninteresting characters and storylines...mainly the kid and his pet creature that turned into an E.T. ripoff. If you have nothing else to watch, and have Netflix, it's available to watch instantly.
