This movie is directed by Steve Martino and Mike Thurmeier and I thought they directed Ice Age 4 with a decent touch.
Wow! Hector is cutting these directors no slack whatsoever. Only one adjective, and it's simply decent? That might be the most critical statement I've ever read in a Fernando Andrade Jr. review.

The continental drift idea makes a good plot.
@Dr. Rufus: Ice Age 4 could have been as disappointing as Happy Feet 2 but thankfully it wasn´t.

You didn't answer the question.
First you posted a double-negative saying that a paper-thin plot was good, and now you're saying it's just "good".
I'm guessing you might be thinking of the term "premise" instead of "plot", but your vocabulary is so pathetically limited I don't think you even know the difference.

Do you not realize that Continental Drift is an actual thing and not just an idea?
Do you also not realize that it occurs at about the rate that your fingernails grow?
