Colorful, but not overwhelming (like Cars or Speed Racer),
touching, but not over-sentimental,
exciting, but not at the cost of the story.
Another score for the people over at Pixar.

My dad says it's one of the scariest movies he's ever seen. Wasn't it like rated G or something because the ratings systems were all out of whack?

The Haunting is great because of its simplicity and its sense of mystery. You never see the ghosts in the house but you always hear footsteps or the doors will push in, etc. The ghosts are left to your imagination. Like someone once said,"Its not about what you see, its about what you don't see."
