You watching something- A movie, a TV show...or hell, bring music and video games into the mix as well. You've been a fan of this 'whatever' it is (my example is Rugrats). Now, as a kid, I adored Rugrats. If I wasn't watching Rugrats at 7:30 each day as a kid, i'd get upset and feel like my day was ruined in every single way.
I grew up, pretty much into my preteens, still watching the damn show. Until it was, in an instant, with one additional character- Ruined.
That fucker Dill Pickles!
The Adventures were more lame, Dill was lame...everything resolved around god damn DILL! I was almost as jealous as Tommy when Dill got all the attention! Fuck Dill, that bitch of a baby. They should have got an abortion...
No I really didn't like God of War 2 at all...If it would have been any other game under a different title then I would have thought that it was decent...After playing God of War the original my hopes were set so high...I consider the first game perfect...The storyline was amazing the cut scenes were beautiful, and I was excited to get to a new checkpoint so I could find out more about Kratos....The second game was nothing but a commercial for the third game...The Cut scenes that drove the story were gameplay graphics...Come on how do you go from some of the most ridiculously cool cut scenes ever to gameplay graphics?
The first game ends with ultimate fun boss fight vs ares and you become the god of war...The second game has no resolution at all...The thousands of slayed monsters, and the dozens of puzzles are for nothing, and finally they got rid of the God Challenges...So much potential wasted...
I enjoyed Batman Forever, but Bat nipples was pure garbage...I think Batman Begins is the Best Batman ever Made...I liked Dark Knight, but to me it was no where near as deep, and relied to heavily on it's corny dialogue, and predictable outcome...
I liked God of War. but the sequel never hooked me. So I know where you are coming from.
Most people actually do like Batman Forever, and I can understand why. But there are some things that I'd nitpick at, more so than Batman and Robin--only because so much potential was there. I mean, I still think it wasn't good, but far from the worst.
And what can I say about the Nolanverse that hasn't already been said? If the movies were comic books, I wouldn't have to worry about Omega Sanctions or time warps because its the continuity Batman belongs in. And even though I readily believe The Dark Knight is a step higher in Batman's films, if not superhero movies in general, Batman Begins will always hold up well in my view. I will still continue watching it, because it was the Batman movie I wanted for years, and I got it just in time for my birthday that year.
