Paul Blart: Mall Cop
This movie was terrible.
The acting was terrible
The dialouge was terrible
The writing, directing, and almost everything else was terrible.
I'll have to admit though, there were about 4 parts that I laughed out loud at. Other than that though, it sucked. Those 4 scenes were the only thing that kept me from saying it was one of the worst movies id ever seen.
I felt sorry for the star Kevin James, who I know can be funnier (as he was in I Now Pronounce you Chuck and Larry and his sitcom The King Of Queens).
I feel positive it will be on my list for the worst of 2009

I thought it was hilarious, and good natured. There are alot of quotable quotes in this movie, more than you can shake a stick at. And Kevin James doesn't dishonor the badge in any way.
As far as the battle off the mall cops, I'd still give the win to Observe and Report, though...
This was kinda like The Illusionist and the Prestige. Both good in their own right, but different ends of the spectrum.
When I wanna feel like there is some good in the world, and wanna see the good guy win, Mall Cop is the way to go.
If I wanna think, "Wow, at least my life isn't this fucked up," then I prefer the other.
Mall Cop 4/5. Observe and Report 5/5. Both worth seeing, and both some of the best this year.
