I need help as well. Its a pain in the ass.

Are you talking about the Call In Shows? That done through http://www.blogtalkradio.com/ Korey takes calls through there via skype and records it using a program called audio hijack. Though blogtalk does record every episode...it's just not the best quality. So if you want higher quality...you should record while you're doing the show.

Also the Call In Shows are streaming through ustream so we can use the ustream chat. That way members can interact without having to call in. But this step isn't really needed if you don't plan on having anything visual in the podcast.

So basically the bare minimum is to use BlogTalk. If you want a recording afterwards and you want it to sound good you need to use a recording program. If you want the stream to have video you need to add ustream.

Wow, awesome.  Thanks.  Very helpful info.  Never been live on a show, did not know they had video.  Great info.  Thanks again.
