I'm trying to find a movie that I saw a really long time ago on TV, and this forum seems like my last resort.  I've tried keyword searching with the usual engines, imdb, and all kinds of crap.  I'm sure I didn't dream it, I may have seen it in the 80s or 90s, but who knows when it was made.  So Anyhow...

It was about a couple who got into trouble with some punk-rock biker baddies.  They might have been Satanists, or zombies, or vampires or something as well, but they were definitely murderous.  The movie pretty much leads to the couple trying to escape these bikers in a forest, and eventually in some weird building.  All very crap, but it scared me as a kid.  The thing that made the movie memorable over the years, was that at the end it turned out to be a movie within a movie, so to speak, as at the very end it turned out to be a film being watched by two classic horror characters-- I believe it was the Wolfman and Frankenstein.  They were very disappointed, said something like "they don't know how to make horror movies anymore", and that was the end.

Anyone? Anyone?

Not sure if this will help, but perhaps you might recognize the name from this list

Yes, this is "Grotesque".

Whoa, thanks a million, Cyrus!  Weird that it would pop to my mind so shortly after you reviewed the release.

By the way, I'm still looking for work, so if you need your house painted...

haha this sounds horrible, but the ending might save it lol
