"Good news! Filming for the next Batman film, The Dark Knight Rises, has officially begun. And as you can see from this picture, some fighting will occur.

A plucky TopGear.commer snapped a Gotham City SWAT van on the back of a trailer on St John's street in Farringdon, where last week Christopher Nolan began constructing his third (and likely final) instalment in his Bat series."

 

First picture that filming is indeed taking place in London. The street has been used in the previous Batman films,  Christian Bale was not seen, but you can expect that the S.W.A.T. van will take part in an intense action scene, all we need do is remember The Dark Knight for proof of that...
