My little comedy sketch
For those of you who care at all (which I'm sure isn't a lot of you lol), I thought I would share a little comedy sketch me and a friend of mine filmed back in September 2009. The sketch is very very cheesy and filled with ridiculous effects, but that's the beauty of it. It's really an aspiration of mine to become a filmmaker/screenwriter and I occasionally like to write a few sketches here and there. But this video is just something we threw together for fun and pretty much out of boredom. Just so you guys know, I'm the guy in the robe. Any feedback would be great. Thanks!

Not too bad, some decent camera-work.
No laughs to speak of, though. It was "cute", but not funny, you know? I have a circle of friends who are amateur movie-makers, and they also seem drawn toward comedy, but I think comedy is probably the hardest genre to get right, make effective. It seems that on set things seem really funny, and since you were there through it all YOU think it's funny, but it just doesn't play out that way to an objective audience. Like I said though, it wasn't horrible. Do you have more recent stuff?

Lol thank for the replies, guys. No I don't have any recent stuff yet but I hope to get back to filming soon. I actually agree that there are no "laughs" to speak of and it's not laugh out loud funny, but it was just something experimental. Thank you for the feedback though. Hopefully, very soon I'll film another video and I'll share it on here.
