I love the original universal monster movies the way they are but i don't mind remakes. Hammer did a great job at it. Bram Stoker's Dracula was alright, i hated wolf and Marry Shelly's Frankenstein. Wolfman 2010 was really good in my opinion. I'v heard there's a Frankenstein remake made by the Writer of Chronicle so high hopes. Oh and i like the Mummy and mummy two but refused to see 3. So all that's left is Creature from the black lagoon and even though it's not Universal i wouldn't mind a new sleepy hallow. What do you guys think is needed to make a good remake of these films?

How about a good American Godzilla

@ Reilly-the reply thing doesn't work for me so i'm doing it this way. They are doing another American Godzilla so maybe.

The best remake for me is David Cronenberg's The Fly. It had a great cast, great drama, even romance, and then tragedy.
