I was sad at first, but now people have become too damn whiny over it. Nobody should obsess that much over celebrities, I've never cried or gotten sad over a celebrity death. The only person who made me TEAR UP when he died was Stan Winston and that was because he was one of the reasons I got into movies.

Another thing that pisses me off is the fan boys....Seriously first Micheal Jackson is made fun off all the time because of the charges against pedophilia while he is alive, and no one cares. Then he dies and when people continue on with the jokes now people are getting touchy about it!!! Oh sure its okay to make fun of him all the time when he's alive, but as soon as he kicks the bucket its a big No-No. I don't think he cares anymore....

I loved a bunch of his songs, and even to this day I recommend THRILLER to the DJ at whatever party I go to. I don't think anybody should be made fun off after their death, but that doesn't mean that we should totally ignore the fact that Micheal Jackson wasn't all there.

I'm not making fun of Micheal in anyway, and I'm not saying he was a pedophile. This rant isn't about Micheal it's about his fan boys.

RIP Micheal Jackson

It's just like Frank Drebin said about the Ozone Layer "You won't miss it until it's gone!" But in this case it's a "he" and not a "it"

It's just a guess but I don't think most people are forgetting Michael Jackson's troubles. I just think they are making sure they don't forget to recognize his contributions to music and dance.

Sure, if you've been alive on the planet for the last 20 years what you know about a mentally troubled Michael Jackson is what the media fed you. No one can forget the late great 60 minutes' Ed Bradley's interview with MJ. When Ed asked Michael if he thought having a sleepover with kids at his age was wrong, michael seriously didn't see anything wrong with it. This might be the only time Bradley showed his cards with a stare that spelled, "Are you out of your damn mind?"

Before we bash this guy before his body is in the ground, let's not let off the hook the parents who advocated their kids going over to MJ's place for a sleepover, while knowing full well about this guy's problems. Talk about the most disgusting obvious set up for a law suit. How social services didn't come after these parents is beyond me.

To me, Michael Jackson was forever changed by something in the mid 80s. It's a tragic tale but I am glad people are still recognizing the man for his work as an artist.

I think its people remembering the artist. He made good music, and people are celebrating his music not his questionable actions ( w/e happened only the kids and he knows , although case # 2 recently said they made up the allegations for money or so i heard).

Also I don't condone any of his actions or thinking methods but i can somewhat understand how he got there, his father was a fucked up individual he verbally, physically, and according to a lot of people sexually abused him. He would watch them practice with a belt in his hand and whoever missed a step or they were off vocally he would beat. When you look for examples how a fucked up childhood can mess up your mind MJ is one of the top cases.

And Yes, people are fickle and a lot of people who talked about him are now crying tears over him, but that's just ignorance for you. I do have to say im tired of the coverage.
