I know there are probably a lot of these posts around here, but I don't really care. I came on here to rant. I hate this leathery skinned, orange mother fucker. Why so serious? I just got off the most painful 2 hours of my life. I went over a friends to watch a movie. I got forced into watching the abomination that is The Nightmare on Elm Street remake. My god, the whole film is a collection of waisted time, money, energy and human presence (wait there wasn't any of that) that could of gone into anything, ANYTHING more productive, like nothing.

Now I could of gone fuck it and never bothered to think about my experience with this film until I realised something, I was suckered into watching Unborn, Amityville Horror and Pearly Harbour, my most loathed film of all time. As a result of this cinematic shitfest I am seething in hatred for Michael Bay and I was wondering if I was the only one.

Transformers is fun I'll admit that. I won't see them at the cinema but they're still fun. Are all the ass festering horror remakes and butcheries to cinema worth the explosions? No, because ultimately, Michael Bay represents the dumbing down in cinema, for every Darren Aronofsky, there's a Brett Ratner, someone that doesn't care about artistic integrity and simply a yes man for the studio trying to get a quick buck (see X3 for reference).

Ultimately. it doesn't matter what I think because he'll keep making money and people, like me, will be pushed into watching his movies because they have dumb fucking friends.

Michael Bay = Awesomeness

I liked the first Transformers film, but there was no point for Megan Fox to be in it. The second one was horrible, and I saw an ad for the new one, it looked interesting until i realized it was a Transformers movie. I'm not a fan of Michael Bay, I enjoy movies that make you think, or movies that are so good that the characters seem real, and any time you see that actor outside of that film, you can almost swear that they are that character in real life. Michael Bay's movies are just action films with little direction, nothing more.
There are so many worse movies out there that I don't really care....
