Lost Theories (Spoilers)

I know there is another Lost topic, but I want this one to be dedicated to theories we all have about the show. Spoilers are very welcome here, so if you aren't up to date on the show, you may not want to read some of these replies.

SPOILER

-After watching this last episode, I would really like to know the seating arrangement on the original flight. I have a feeling that most (if not all) the characters are sitting in different seats, they at least have different circumstances. Check it out:
Sayid is probably sitting in Kate's original seat (since he is under arrest)
Hugo is probably in Charlies seat (because he was carrying a guitar with him)
Kate is probably sitting in Claire or Sun's seat (I have a feeling Jack got her pregnant the night before)
Locke is obviously sitting in for Christian Sheppard (and will come back to life or become an island ghost)
Frank is the pilot, like he should have been the first time.
Not sure about Sun or Ben, maybe you guys could shine some light on the subject.

There will also be a couple of new members to the cast, the woman that has Sayid in custody and the guy who offered Jack his condolences at the airport. It's obvious that the wman is sitting in for the bounty hunter that had Kate in his custody.

One of the original Lost people offered Jack his condolences when he was transporting Christian's body, does anyone recall who that was?

But you are probably right baout Ben and Whitmore probably going to war. After this episode I am completely Lost (every pun intended). I have a lot less theories this week than I did last week.

The Oceanic 5 were flashed back to the 70s while everyone else is in the present. That's all I got.; ▶ Reply to This

Because walt has been shown to have powers since day 1 and even though he appears to be done he is still important.

Also did anyone see when the group had another flash they saw one of those four toed stautes although we could only see the back of it....

Permalink Reply by Philosophy on March 5, 2009 at 5:18pm: I'm starting to wonder about Ben/Widmore myself. Who is really the 'good guy', or are they both evil bastards who are playing everyone, evil vs. evil, so to speak.

However, I think someone HAD to kill Locke. If you remember Micheal's predicament, (not being able to commit suicide), this seems to be the case. Odd how Ben shows up the moment Locke's about to step off that table.

I'm also wondering about the statue. I thought for a while that the writers had abandoned that idea, but if you go back and watch past episodes, there are infrequent shots of 'Others" (and Locke in the Jeremy Bentham episode) having only four toes.

I was so glad when Sun just knock him out in this past episode. I don't think Ben is in the 70s, I think he is present day right now with Locke and the new survivors. But Miles has a chance to meet himself, also I wonder who Godspeed's son ends up being when he grows up. I have a feeling it's improtant.

New theory. Dead bodies brought onto the island (not dying on the island) come back to life, and may not age. Christian Sheppard, John Locke, and maybe Ecko's brother (granted haven't seen him walkign around, but he does appear to both Locke and Mr. Ecko). This may also explain Richard, who may have been a dead body brought over on the Black Rock. Just a wild theory, not sure if any of it is true.; ▶ Reply to This
