Has anyone else heard Kanye's new Album? GDI its soooo GOOOD. I was definitly supprised he was able to put out an album that strong after all the dumb shit he has been doing recently.

There is absolutely nothing race related about mine or most of the world's hatred for Kanye West. Saying that it's all because he's black is a cheap and stupid way to make Kanye and his fans look like martyrs while making any of his critics look like ignorant fucks.

Nobody said he was a lyrical wordsmith and yes it is race related....If Kanye was White people would have gotten over the whole Taylor Swift thing and if he had done the same thing to a Black girl nobody would have cared...Kanye is treated worse than Chris Brown who beat the shit out of Rihanna...
Also look at the people who booed Kanye at the MACY's parade...ALL OF THEM WHITE! Plus ALOT of white people wrote/said racist comments about Kanye after the 2009 VMAS...."Racism is still alive they just be concealing it" Kanye didn't hit the bitch so get over it, AmeriKKKa.

Or maybe footage from the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade (which I guess is solely celebrated by the Aryan race, if we're going by your logic) that isn't shot on a camera phone? Maybe even footage of the actual parade, not just what is clearly the area where the floats are being set up?

In what world do you live in that makes you think Kanye is suffering worse than Roman Polanski or Mel Gibson? The former hasnt set foot in America for thirty years and the latter essentially lost his job. Oh, but a bunch of people are booing Kanye at a parade while meanwhile his newest album is critically praised. He's being victimized by racism, I tells you!!!

I figured if you were serious about defending Kanye, you'd pick out the cream of the twitter crop, or at least some people with influence over more than 200 people.
I also fail to see how Kanye is the victim in this situation. Back in the sixties, a black child was brutally murdered for merely whistling at a white woman. Despite the evidence, the murderer was found not guilty. This is merely one among several similar cases of injustice.
THAT is racism. Kanye West getting his feelings hurt is nothing.
So a few people booed him at a parade. A few people are still pissed about him treating Taylor Swift badly. You think he gives a shit? His album is critically acclaimed and sold over 500,000 copies the first week alone.
I'm sure Kanye West goes home everyday and cries himself to sleep atop his giant pile of money.
Also, have you ever considered that maybe all these people hate Kanye because he's a dick and not because they want to keep Whitey on top? Maybe that a white person can have other motives for his actions that aren't race related?

I agree with Jon. People are praising Kanye's new album. I highly doubt he cares that some people boo him at the fucking Thanksgiving Day Parade when he has an insanely devoted fanbase and a 10/10 on Pitchfork (something that is completely unheard of).
That being said, the fact that people are still pissed about the Taylor Swift thing more than A FUCKING YEAR after the fact is completely pathetic. Christ, Kanye stole her mic and people are acting like he stole her virginity or something. Get over it. I mean in all reality T Swift is probably a much bigger bitch than Kanye.

Believe it or not, I agree with you Phil. People are making way too big a deal about this one incident.
But this really isn't about Kanye, this is about people trying to find racism where there clearly is none. Maybe I'm making a big deal out of it, but it's a pretty big pet peeve of mine. -
