If it's crap... We'll tell you

You know I love ya' man. But I've just gotta piss you off with the AWESOMENESS of the toys I had as a kid.

So, here goes. A rundown of the toys I had as a kid that were ALL based from the original 3. =)

Since you already knew about my Echo Base, and my Lunchbox, and My X-Wing and TIE-Fighter toys. I'm going to assume you knew that I had the action figures....... almost all of them at one point or another.

BUT... I also had the following. =P

Not only did I have the bubblegum cards. But unlike most people my age, whenever the smell of that type of gum hits me, I don't think Baseball or Football cards. I automatically think of the Star Wars Cards.

But I also had the Stickers that came with the Cards.

Yep, I even had the Early-Bird Certificate set. =)

Ah, the original Landspeeder. Yep, I had that one too. Shame those bottle rockets launched it into the wall though.

But what 'fan' would I be if I didn't also have the ORIGINAL Millineum Falcon toy too?

Not only did I have the Darth Vader with the Cloth cape. I got mine so fast, that they had to come with the PLASTIC CAPE!

And what did I carry all my figures in? Why, inside one of the 3 Vinyl totes of course.

God damn, you know, I told myself not to react to this but godammit!
*sobs* They're all so...beautiful.*sobs*

You and your money! The most I got was a 12" Vader GI Joe-esque doll and an Advanced TIE fighther.

LOL... 1977 - 1985.. for birthday AND christmas, I got almost nothing BUT Star Wars stuff. Don't forget that I had an older brother too, so some of my stuff was actually 'taken' from him and added into my collection of stuff.

Not to mention of course the T-shirts, the Bedsheets, the Beach Towels. =)

At least you didn't have to make your own TIE fighters and X-wings out of freaking toilet paper rolls and paper cups!

Er...I just like to think that it has made me a more creative person...

And whenever I played the Star Wars Boardgame... with friends, or by myself.

I would have the Star Wars record playing in the background. (Which my dad STILL has to this day in his Record Collection thanks to me.)

We have the record! I love the Cantina band! And I despise the new musical number they shoved into Return of the Jedi (*pulls hair* what were they thinking?!? :{ )

Oh God, that musical number in the Special Edition Return Of The Jedi is horrendous.

I was embarrassed to be in the theater while that number was going.

I'm also pissed that they replaced the music at the end of the movie. Yeah yeah, galactic celebration, whatever.
They replaced the awesome Ewok dance-party music with some insipid bullshit I could hear on a public access station at three in the morning.... ridiculous!!

I don't care what George Lucas says, this will always be the ending of Return Of The Jedi:

That's right Hayden Christensen, you and your fruity pipe music can fuck off, the Ewoks and I have dancing to do....!!

Never understood that choice either.

Why the hell would he go 'pipes' anyway? It's been proven time and again, primitive societies have always used drums over pipes.

I *love* you Chig! Dancing with Ewoks...sigh...

This is the debut production of JackandZack Films. It's a comedy about a legendary cult-film director, Jack Gattanella, who is making his latest film "Crest of Senses", and taking his two stars Zack and Hayley down into the depths of madness.

Matt, Jack & Jon are three eloquent young gents. They philosophize, externalize, and harmonize on the most pressing subjects of the modern age. Actually, they mostly just talk about movies and current events, but the presentation is what counts.
