Yeah the technology is still not there to make fantasy images truely realistic if you look at them in detail for too long.

I heard on a podcast that the Avatar story is going to be an "American colonials murdering the native indians" type of a space opera but one of the humans genetically gets modified into a native alien type hybrid and joins them in their power struggle.

To me it sounds a bit like "Dances With Wolves", more like "Dances With Aliens".

I'm going to give it the benefit of the doubt and go see it in IMAX 3D this December.

I saw about 25 minutes of this at Fantastic Fest and let me say... it lives up to everything you've heard. It's amazing!

First of all, Papa Smurf didn't create Smurfette. Gargamel did. She was sent in as Gargamel's evil spy with the intention of destroying the Smurf village. But the overwhelming goodness of the Smurf way of life transformed her. And as for the whole gang-bang scenario, it just couldn't happen. Smurfs are asexual. They don't even have... reproductive organs under those little, white pants. It's just so illogical, you know, about being a Smurf. You know, what's the point of living... if you don't have a dick?
