Insomniacs New Game: FUSE (formerly Overstrike) with trailer
Alright alot of us saw that great trailer for Overstrike last year right, well Now Overstrike is a game Called Fuse where a terrosist organization steal something from the government, an alien Element called Fuse. Fuse apparntly has the ability to make earth weapons a lot more powerful. So, with some evil organization with Fuse in its hands the CIA calls together a group of mercenaries called Overstrike 9, and its up to them with Fuse powered weapons to get the the Fuse back from the terrosists. I know this game sounds weird but I did watch the new trailer which was pretty cool. You will be able to play as all four by switching through charcters or If you play co-op with friends. Out March next year.

It's good to see that Insomniac took what was looking to be a promising, comical, and fairly original work and watered it down into the same monotonous, futuristic, sci-fi bullshit I've seen many times before, but with a twist of cool guns. It's like they were making a new, refreshing soda that would become a strong competitor with the big soda brands, but then they scrapped that and just copied Pepsi Lime. Yuck.

So we went from an humorous and original work that had the feel of the Ratchet and Clank games to another GOW futuristic shit game with cool weapons.... Sorry, but I have to agree with Cherry here. Overstrike had huge potential to be a fun and kickass game with it's creative weapons it offered in the trailer. Way to fuck it up Insomniac.

Yeah I suppose I don't really hold it against Insomniac, as I do really enjoy their previous works. You can tell the game has been EA'd, but shit...They're still a part of making this change happen.

You're kidding yourself if you think either of those two companies can push a triple A title in the market, Insomniac wants the spotlight and the money for their game; EA was their obvious choice.

Umm... that trailer left a bad taste in my mouth.
I was so excited after seeing the original Overstrike trailer, but now... I'm passing until I see more info.
