In your opinion, which was funnier: 'The Hangover' or 'Pineapple Express'

I know they're different types of comedy, but they're comedies nonetheless. I'm just asking this because I finally got to see The Hangover. Everyone had been telling me it's one of the funniest films they had seen in a while. I asked one of my friends if they thought it was funnier than Pineapple Express, and they said it was. After watching The Hangover, I have to admit it was pretty funny, but it didn't live up to the level of hype and hilarity that everyone was giving it. Don't get me wrong, it's one funny flick and I laughed out loud at some parts, but in my opinion Pineapple Express was ten times funnier. Which film did you find funnier?

I'd rather watch something great like Used Cars, Caddyshack, Blues Brothers, Animal House, anything with Albert Brooks...

and i would give The Hangover a 5.5/10
The Hangover made me laugh, but only a few times. It was kind of cliche.

However, Forgetting Sarah Marshall tops them both.
But i didn't LOVE i love you man. It was alright.
But yeah you should definitely check out Forgetting Sarah Marshall. & if you do, i apologize ahead of time for the opening sequence. Haha; ▶ Reply to This
