Well...

For starters I'd pay off all my debts, as well as the debts of most of my family and give the rest of the money to a couple of charity organizations.

Then I will embark on an ass kicking campaign that will rival that of Alexander the Great. All those who oppose me will be left in a wake of death, destruction and dumb-fuckery. I will judge everyone within my immediate vicinity with nothing more than my meandering belligerence and the pent up frustration that can only come from never really learning how to deal with rejection, regret and just flat out never knowing when to let shit go.
