I would offer my body to someone like Advanced Cell Technologies to study and hopefully duplicate my invulnerability for the benifit of mankind (or a quick buck...what do I care I'll be dead). Some of the 5 million would be used to fund researchers not already employed by the company in an effort to wring every bit of usefulness out of my soon to be dead body. Anything resulting directly from the studies having monetary value will be half owned by my widow.

I'd actually be rather dull. Invulnerability is only a fun power over time. Give me speed, flight, some energy manipulation, or even crappy telepathy. Two days of being invulnerable? That's just so dry. The money would just be used logistically aside from the final million which I would just go around partying it up. Maybe leave a mark on the world, but come now...with only a million and such a bland power I could hardly be inspired to leave anything lasting.
