My girlfriend made me watch the dvd of the musical Rent a few dozen times and it's a great pain each and every time but I just pretend to like it. I even bought us a pair of tickets for the remake of the musical that was showing in London last year. Call me a gentleman.

Most girls I date hate sitting through Army of Darkness, but I make them watch it anyway. And they normally fall asleep during The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly.

Man... falling asleep during either baffles me.. :(

I don't mind chick flick films unless they are films that make me ill just watching them. Right now, the one that comes to mind is "Shopaholic". Ugh Isla Fisher is hot, but holy shit.

P.S i love you and if i watched the show, i might consider it, Sex and the city... but i don't, and i'm not wasting 2 and half hours of my life.

I took my gf to Burn After Reading, we loved it, then the week after she picked How to Lose Friends and Alienate People over Pineapple Express, god damn I hated Simon Pegg and I hated that movie even more, and my gf didnt like it either, then we see Pineapple Express and omg that was 10x better - so now i choose all the movies or she goes with her gf's.

reading up on movies doesn't hurt. ^_^

I'm not sure if people actually follow the media and go week to week randomly picking a movie to watch or that "looks" good. Waiting for a few friends this week at the movie theater, i saw around 6 older people go up to the podium guy and ask if the movie was any good. :(
