It seems the point you were implying was that it had something to do with whether it was an Intro or a Sequel, but then you would have contradicted that by throwing TDK in the former group. But I guess I was just inferring that. Never mind.

Spiderman 1 is the greatest super-hero movie. Saying you disliked the movie solely because of a suit is over-critical and redundant.

And how come nobody was pissed when Spiderman didn't get nominated for an Oscar?
