How f****** amazing is Stanley Kubrick?!

The Shining is what a good horror film should be. Don't get me wrong I like a good blood fest as much as the next person,but I also like some actual drama and Shining does it to a tee. I must admit, I've never been that high on Clockwork Orange. I like it and all but I don't see it as Kubrick's best film.

the shining is my favorite too
but, a clockwork was really go at being a psychological film
i just comes off as creepy at first, but if you think about it enough you can freak yourself out

if you want to get yourself good read the book a clockwork orange, then read the book 1984
that will fuck with your mind about 3 or 4 days later

I do have the book. Should read it I guess. Is it diffrent from the film, darker maybe? (Is that possible?)

they are all pretty amazing
but, the shining still holds up the strongest in my opinion

As I read this, I am watching the end of The Shining.

Yeah, Kubrick is phenomenal, although I havent seen Full Metal Jacket yet.
