If it's crap... We'll tell you

US, June 29, 2009 - In an interview with the Seattle Times via Kotaku, Bungie Studio Head Harold Ryan dropped a bombshell. The upcoming Halo prequel, Halo: Reach, could be compatible with Project Natal.

"I absolutely think [Halo:] Reach could be enabled with it," Howard told the Times.

This is not confirmation that Halo: Reach will use Natal, just that Bungie is giving it consideration. Even if Reach uses Natal technology, it doesn't mean the entire game needs to be controller free. Natal could be used simply to enhance the experience rather than strip it completely of the standard Xbox 360 controller. Article by Hilary Goldstein of IGN

What I want to know is what happens if you're walking and you run out of room? Are you gonna have to walk in place?

No idea how its gonna work, maybe you move by jogging on the spot but that would quickly become annoying, a nunchuck styled device could be used for movement but that would go against the whole point of natal. As Hilary Goldstein said "Natal could be used simply to enhance the experience" which sounds like quick time events to me but that would mean putting down the controller to do them, im getting confused lol.
