South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut
An awesome spoof of the musical genre!

Team America: World Police
Another good spoof from Trey Parker and Matt Stone, satirizing action flicks and puppet movies.

High Anxiety
A lesser known Mel Brooks flick that pokes fun at thrillers, Hitchcock in particular.

Airplane! is so silly it's brilliant. Shaun of the Dead is a great one. The Hot Shots films were okay too.
