FUCK YOUR THOUGHTS BILL O' REILLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know why rage you might ask well it all started when I saw Bill O' Reilly being an ass-hole now granted he tends to act that way cause it is his nature but he said something that made him sound so ignorant I just had to make a discussion about. As we all know Michael Jackson has past and is one the biggest star on this planet and some would call him the greatest entertainer of all time. Anyway to get to the point Bill O' Reilly had a heated debate with Dr. Marc Lamont Hill. Bill O' Reilly made the statement Michael Jackson isn't a Black Icon because his children aren't black. Yes you read right. It just amazes me how no matter what a successful African/Black-American male of female accomplish in this country it seems someone always has to come along and discredit who they are and what the they've done. How dare O' Reilly say Michael Jackson is less of a Black Icon because his children look white how dare he! You know what fuck Bill O' Reilly....I mean the man can't even have a 3 days to be mourned before people wanna come out with drama. please write your comments on what think about Mr. O' Reilly's comments

I wasn't playing the blame game, if I was playing the blame game then my statement would of been that black people can never get ahead in life because of racist whites, but that's not true. My point was saying that in this country for a black person, if you are very successful, some not all people will try to take away from what you have done. That's not planning a blame game that's telling the truth. Yes you do have a point saying that only you can hold your self back and while that is true. If you are black/african-american in this country the harsh reality is that even if you grow up to be the next Obama, Oprah, or hell the next Martin Luther King there are still people in this country that are gonna say (and please excuse my language) that you are still a nigger. I'm not saying that someone who is black or african american can't reach their highest ability cause God knows that's not true. I'm saying that when someone of black/african american race does achieve their greatest ability there is still someone trying to discredit and take away what they have done. And in this case O' Reilly was saying that because MJ kids are white that makes him less of a black man. All I'm saying is that you can not strip away the fact that he is a black icon just because his kids are white period.

now, to be fair, if you've ever watched the o'reilly factor regularly, you'd know that he says lots of stupid shit all the time.

O'Reilly, oh really?
Having kids of another race will somehow alter your ethnicity background
Madonna is probably an African American then

damn this guy is so full of jokes
MJ is a black icon, he was black when he made "Thriller", and no matter who buys his albums shouldn't be a contributing factor to whether if he's an African American of whether if he's an icon

Fox News should have been sanctioned anyway

I listen to O'Reilly about as much as I listen to Olbermann, or any of them for that matter. Which is never. Make your own opinions, as there are people spewing hate on ALL sides of it all the time.
People hate, that's life. Move on.
I personally think MJ sucks as an adult, but I liked him as a small kid. Thriller with zombies? You betcha!
And they played it at the roller rink every time...
I can't believe so many people are THAT in love with him though. He's no Frank Zappa.

I don't know what logic is in "Michael Jackson isn't a Black Icon because his children aren't black" It's like saying that somebody isn't American, because his children have some other nationality - that don't make any sense...

I know not that He will read it but I emailed him pretty much the same thhing.

Well...when I think Black Icon, Michael Jackson doesn't come to mind.

But when I think white woman, then MJ pops right up.

And when I think of Test Tube Baby's I think of MJ's kids. Those poor fucking kids.

Oh, don't even get me started on people who rape children and Michael Jackson. I can't stop talking about how much those two subjects are related.

So in the end, I don't care.

First of all I would have just said to Bill O'Reilly that there is a racial component when White Media like FoX attacks the memorial and blacks who are embracing him yet they NEVER covered the Phil Specter trial, or judge the man - they never covered the dwindling economy when Bush was in office yet now do when Obama is in office.!

Second. Peter King saying Jackson is a pedophil would have happened whether Jackson was Black, White, Asian, Alien or whatever! If you believe a man is a pedophile because he was accused of it than that's what you believe. Eric Frimpong is a prime example. Because of a racist judge Eric (a rising soccer star) was convicted of raping a white girl even though there was no evidence linking him to the girl. The DNA did not match his and the teeth marks did not match his...they actually matched the raped girls WHITE boyfriend but he was never a suspect....with all that the judge still sad their was so much incriminating evidence that he had to find Eric guilty....really. So as you can see. If someone wants to believe something than their really isn't anything you can do about it (hopefully Eric will appeal).

Third. Jackson was a great artist and did a lot for the music industry and children across the world (whether you want to believe that or not) but I agree with Bill O'Reilly on one thing. Everything Michael Jackson did in his career had nothing to do with helping Black's. Everything he did for his career was for himself and for causes he believed in. Jackson is an AMERICAN ICON not just a black icon....for anyone to say other is ridiculous! He opened the door on MTV "so to speak" for being the first black artist to have his video premiere on the station but if it wasn't him it would have been anyone else (and his video was featured because it was a cool video and song at the time). And I can't remember when Jackson did anything just for African American people. I don't think he did.

He never pushed African Americans away but he never really embraced them and I'm not going to say it was because he bleached his skin or the kids or whatever...those are obviously psychological issues but he never pushed African Americans away or said anything negative about them. So blacks shouldn't have to justify why they are embracing Michael Jackson, they have their reasons. But to call him solely a Black Icon is ridiculous.
