Have you ever seen a movie where during a certain scene, a song was played that just totally defined that scene? If so, what song and what movie?

During the opening credits of Watchmen, they played Bob Dylan's "The Times They Are a-Changin'" in an intro that I thought was pretty incredible. One of the better parts of the movie, really. And call me pretentious, but the Also sprach Zarathustra scene from 2001: A Space Odyssey gets me every time.
And who could forget the classic theme of Optimus Prime himself from the old Transformers movie? You've got the touch!

speaking of cool intros of Zack Snyder movies, I really dug the opening credits of Dawn of The Dead, in which it started playing a Johnny Cash song(i don't remember the name) and I thought that was really badass.
