With the Star Wars franchise being the juggernaut that it is, we all know that countless games have been spawned from it's success, and I can safely say that everyone was played at least one.
So, what are your favorites?
My all-time favorite will always be Rogue Squadron.
I've only played bits and pieces of the sequels, which I still need to track down and thoroughly play.
However, these get the honorable mentions: Republic Commando, Battlefront II, Tie Fighter, Super New Hope through Super Return of the Jedi, and the STAR WARS Original Trilogy Arcade Game.
I liked crafting, in the old version of the MMO Galaxies. Course some of it was kinda nuts, in how far back you have to set up your infrastructure. I mean, when I go to make a cup of tea, the first thing I think is, well, first I'll have to make a cup... And Jedi control was kinda neat.
Player "Can I be a Jedi?"
Galaxies "Yes"
Player "Great, how?"
Galaxies "We aren't telling"
Went into the game saying, "I'm going to be a bounty hunter!" and 3 months later "Master Tailor? How did that happen?"
Rogue Squadron Series
Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast
Kotor I & II (although I like one the best)
Battlefront I & II (although these are my least favorites)
Star Wars Arcade Game (The original trilogy not that pod racing crap)
Star Wars: Dark Forces (Sure it is based on Doom but the additions to the engine make it a much better game).
