Allright, kiddies. I just quit my job and I'm bored screwy here on a Wednesday, so I thought I'd share this litte game my budz and I made up down in NYC a couple years ago. It's not an exact science, we made up the rules, and anyway it can be good fun. SO:
Here's the deal. You choose your band members, and they can be living or dead, presumably at their peak playing time. The rules are
-- You must choose between 3 and 4 band members : percussion, guitar, bass, and singer. Sometimes one of the other musicians people also want as their lead singer, so that's how that goes.
-- You may optionally choose 2 other musicians of any kind to be in your band, but you must give them a definite position. I.E., Paul Simon - Songwriter, or Jim Morrison - Backing Vocals.
-- You may not choose anyone who's already been chosen. That makes it sort of like a draft.
-- You must name the band.
So, basically your band can have 3 to 6 members. It's just for fun, for kicks and giggles and lolz and whatsits, something to think over,or as the great C&C put it, "Things that make you go hmmmm."
Being the thread starter, I will choose a fantasy band to begin. Hope you guys like our Game.
