TheUntakenOne joined Adam Collins's groupDuring the super bowl, several epic trailers have been released. I have seen new trailers for Star Trek into Darkness, Fast and Furious 6 (I would have titled it Furious Six, but whatever, lol) Lone Ranger, and Iron Man 3.
Star Trek into Darkness: Not much new footage here, but still cool. Most noticeably, tagline "Our world will fall" and more footage of the Enterprise crashing into Earth.
Lone Ranger: This however, much more footage. Extra voiceover, and more action (impressive stunts too).
Iron Man 3: Just more footage of the plane crash we saw in the trailer. But, still cool.
Fast and Furious 6: I have to say, this one is the most epic (mostly because this is the first trailer for the film). Epic car stunts and action, good blend between real stunts and CGI (definitely more car action than Fast Five). Pretty much the entire cast from Fast Five is back (awesome!). But, that also includes a certain character that died in Tokyo Drift, so this is still technically a prequel to that film (seriously, what time period is Tokyo Drift set in? Haha). And the trailer ends with a character we used to think was dead (this was hinted at in Fast Five). Overall, epic first trailer. I loved Fast Five, and I can't wait for this!
Like I said, great trailers, and be sure to check them out on YouTube or Screenrant.com. What do you guys think, and which one is your favorite? Feel free to type away :)

I have read all of the OZ books, and although this film isn't based on one specific book, many of the books do explain the history and go over the past, and they are putting all of those stories into one film. Can't wait!

Please stop buying movie tickets ... you're screwing it up for the rest of us.
Permalink Reply by MDS on February 4, 2013 at 2:01am Uh, I don't know how you can be excited from the trailer for Fast and Furious 6. I've seen it 3 damn times now, and I'm still trying to figure out what the fuck was in the damn thing. With all the half-second cuts in the trailer, I almost had a damn seizure. Plus, the whole concept of using cars "as weapons"? What the fuck? Yeah, I see this one quickly going to the whole "just mindless action" route without really having a story or character involvement worth mentioning, let alone actually caring about.
Permalink Reply by English Motherfucker on February 4, 2013 at 2:20am i haven't even seen the trailer and i know it's gonna be shit ... they should just call the movie "fast cars and hot bitches" because that's all these films are about

Unless they're describing Ben-Hur.
Permalink Reply by Chig Champa on February 4, 2013 at 1:58pm ... No...
Permalink Reply by The Dubya on February 4, 2013 at 1:58pm The Fast and Furious franchise was already getting old by the 4th movie, but at least Fast Five had the cutesy little team up and actually felt like a decent wrap up for all the "characters" as well as to the confusing canon storyline they're desperately trying to make out of all this. They pulled off the "one last job" with all the franchise All-Stars and beat the Big Celebrity Bad Guy and the two lead meatheads moved to Remote Tropical Island to live happily ever after. Cool. Fine. I was actually in the right mood to kinda dig it on a lazy Saturday.
THERE'S NO REASON FOR THEM TO COME BACK ANYMORE. (I mean, apart from the obvious $$$$ reasons) I mean...there's only so much you can do with driving shiny cars really fast all over the place before you start to run out of ideas...
BUT on the other hand, I guess I can count my blessings and Thank Cthulu that they haven't fallen into Michael Bayformers levels of obnoxious debauchery yet, so at least they're still watchable as opposed to just aggressively, hatefully stupid.

Permalink Reply by MahMahAfro on February 4, 2013 at 4:19pm Only movie there that vaguely interests me is Iron Man 3, and I already saw a trailer for that.
Poor show Superbowl, poor show.
Fast five was only part of a movie which makes me worried that it's a trilogy story wise. So get ready for fast 7. Cars as weapons has been done and remade. Since no one is driving K.I.T.T. None of the othe cars matter. World war Z was the first commercial. Really surprised that there was no Man Of Steel trailer.
Permalink Reply by Robert Wild on February 5, 2013 at 5:05pm I was thinking that too. Man of Steel is a pretty big movie coming out, I was surprised they didn't have a TV spot. Then again, maybe it's cause they had an Iron Man 3 trailer. It could be a DC vs. Marvel thing.
